Welcome to the 2017 Workplace CSA Program at Sandhill Farms in Eden, UT. We are honored to have the opportunity to grow local, fresh, healthy food for your business or organization. If you are interested in signing your company up for the Workplace CSA Program please contact hello.sandhillfarms@gmail.com
How CSA works:
Each week from June 7- Oct.18, 2017 we will deliver a box of fresh produce to your workplace with your name on it. At Sandhill Farms, we are committed to ensuring that our CSA members have the knowledge to prepare and store the produce we grow. We issue a weekly e-newsletter with recipes and information about the produce found in the weekly share on our blog page. If a member is on vacation one week, with notification, we can double their share the following week. As issues or questions arise, reach us by email kati.sandhillfarms@gmail.com or phone 801-745-5054 for a quick resolution. What’s in a CSA box?:
Everything we grow follows organic standards. The Sandhill Farms boxes contain a variety of produce. We specialize in tender baby greens (arugula, mesclun, salad mixes, spinach, kale), sweet roots (radish, turnips, carrots, beets, fingerling potatoes, sunchokes), tasty seasonal fruits (strawberries, raspberries, peaches, cucumbers, apples) & aromatic herbs (parsley, basil, cilantro, edible flowers, lavender). Our goal is to provide you with a diverse assortment of top quality produce in quantities that you can use. The boxes change from week to week depending on what we are harvesting at the farm.
