Imagine a garlic that when you hold it in your hand vibrates with beauty, and when you bite into the clove it makes your mouth sing with flavor. Music is one impressive garlic. With four to six huge cloves per bulb, a raw heat that builds and builds, and a creamy rich texture when roasted, this garlic is attaining popularity among America’s top chefs.
Siberian (Marbled Purple Stripe Variety)
Purple glazed garlic! This strain produces strikingly
beautiful, purple striped bulbs. Rich in allicin, garlic’s sulfur
compound responsible for the herb’s vast medicinal properties. Raw,
Siberian is mouth watering with heat that lingers long after the first
bite. Baked, Siberian is earthy and rich in flavor with a creamy,
delicious texture. Great for garlic spreads on French bread. Impressive,
large, purple streaked bulbs with plump, mahogany colored cloves
wrappers. Siberian is an exceptional garlic strain - truly a treasure
for a garlic lover's collection.
Yugoslavian Red (Porcelain Variety)
Year after year, Yugoslavian Red has produced outstanding
bulbs. Huge, dense, potent bulbs contain Brazil nut sized cloves that
are covered with a light pink wrapper. We originally obtained this
strain from a garlic farm in Salt Spring Island, British Columbia via
garlic collector Matt “Bula” Brunner. Well adapted to mountain growing
conditions. Order early – this popular strain will go fast.
Rosewood (Porcelain Variety)
Rosewood Porcelain is an exceptionally beautiful, symmetrical and large bulb. Delicate white bulb wrappers hide the plump, fat, pointed cloves.
The rich, peppery flavor lingers on the palate long after the first bite. Long storing and easy to grow in cold winter climates.
Mango Sunrise
Bulbs are glazed purple with hints of golden flecks. Strikingly beautiful bulbs. Baked, this strain is creamy and rich, spicy and crunchy raw. This strain is also known as Brown Tempest.
Chesnok Red (Standard Purple Stripe Variety)
Hailing from the standard purple stripe variety, this group of garlics are considered the earliest forms of garlic. Long, crescent-shaped purple-hued cloves are covered by purple-striped bulb wrappers that glow with sparkles of golden glaze. Outstanding, uniquely spicy flavor raw. Heat and complexity of flavor is not compromised when baked.
Inchelium Red (Softneck Artichoke Variety)
This culturally unique American heirloom strain comes
from the Colville Indian Reservation in Inchelium, Washington. Its
original source is unknown - Inchelium Red may be the oldest garlic
strain grown in the Americas. Generally sweet and mild compared to other
varieties, this softneck garlic exhibits award-winning flavor both raw
and roasted. Inchelium Red has astounding storability, keeping
firm and robust well into the winter months. Inchelium Red is
highly productive and will adapt to both cold and mild growing
conditions.
Slow Food USA has recognized Inchelium Red Garlic as a US Arc of Taste product, “a catalog of over 200 delicious foods in danger of extinction. By promoting and eating Ark products we help ensure they remain in production and on our plates.” Inchelium Red has a place in every garlic lover's garden and kitchen.

Fish Lake (Porcelain Variety)
This mountain hardy strain has been grown at Sandhill
Farms for six years at an elevation of 5,000 feet and -25 degree
temperatures. The tall, dark green plant produces long-storing bulbs
with white satiny bulb wrappers and mahogany colored cloves. Large,
easy-peeling cloves with an excellent, crunchy texture when enjoyed
raw.
Armenian (Porcelain Variety)
This rare porcelain strain hails from the Armenian
village of Hadrut Karabach near the Azerbaijan border. Beautiful,
symmetrical bulbs characterize this gorgeous garlic.
Armenian’s fine plump cloves are loaded with earthy, intense flavor
when enjoyed raw. Baked, Armenian retains its rich, full-bodied garlic
flavor. Armenian garlic is an extraordinary addition to the garlic
grower’s garden.
Metechi (Marbled Purple Stripe Variety)
The hottest Garlic from our 2010 on-farm taste testing trials, this garlic will make your eyes water and your throat roar with medicinal heat and culinary power! If you can handle this one raw, you are a garlic maniac.
